The Value of Teamwork

Discuss the importance of teamwork. Encourage students to think about times when teamwork made a difference in their lives or projects.

The Downsides of Bossiness

Highlight how bossiness can negatively impact group dynamics and shut down other’s ideas. Prompt discussion with questions about personal experiences.

Interactive Activity

Provide specific instructions for the role-playing activity. Make sure students understand their tasks and the importance of equal participation.

Reflection & Wrap-Up
