Squats

Highlight proper knee alignment and back posture. Circulate to correct depth and stance. Start a fresh 30-second timer.

Push-Ups

Demonstrate a modified version on knees for students needing support. Encourage a straight line from head to heels or knees. Set timer.

Plank

Emphasize keeping hips level. Offer a forearm plank modification if needed. Cue breathing and core engagement. Launch 30-second timer.

High Knees

Show high-intensity but low-impact knee march variant for students who need it. Start the final 30-second interval.
