Prompt the student to share a personal example of when they felt influenced by friends. Listen actively and affirm their experiences.

What Is Peer Pressure?

Discuss the definition and ask for examples of both positive and negative peer pressure from the student’s life.

Types of Peer Pressure

Explain each type with real-life examples. Engage the student by asking them to classify situations they’ve encountered.

Personal Values Reflection

Distribute the reflection sheet and guide the student in listing their top three values and why each is important. Discuss how these values can guide their choices.

Scenario Analysis

Provide the scenarios worksheet. Review each scenario, encourage thoughtful analysis, and jot down healthy responses on the whiteboard.

Role-Play Practice

Model one role-play first. Encourage the student to focus on confident body language, tone, and phrasing. Offer feedback after each round.
