Respect Rocks!

Welcome the student warmly. Briefly introduce yourself and the session. Set a positive tone and get them excited about learning respect.

Introduction & Expectations

Explain why respect matters in class and with friends. Introduce the green/red cards as a fun way to see good choices vs. areas to improve.

Interactive Role-Play

Use the [Respect Role-Play Scenario Cards](#respect-roleplay-scenario-cards). Present one card at a time. Encourage the student to act out both disrespectful and respectful responses. Hold up green/red cards to discuss.

Guided Reflection

Hand out the [Respect Reflection Worksheet](#respect-reflection-worksheet). Guide the student to think of a real situation they’ve experienced. Offer support as they write or draw.

Positive Reinforcement & Goal Setting

Use the [Respect Behavior Tracker](#respect-behavior-tracker) to show progress. Give a gold star or token for today’s participation. Collaborate on a simple, concrete goal.

Great Job—Keep It Up!

End the session on an encouraging note. Remind the student that respect is a skill they can keep improving every day.
