Welcome participants and introduce the Career Reinvention Blueprint series. Briefly explain that today’s focus is self-discovery—understanding values, interests, and strengths. Prompt learners to think of a past success that felt meaningful.

Objectives & Agenda

Review the session objectives and agenda. Emphasize that this is a hands-on, reflective session. Explain that we’ll complete a self-inventory, discuss insights, and plan a next step.

Identifying Your Values

Distribute the [Self-Inventory Worksheet](#session1-self-inventory-worksheet). Guide learners to the “Values” section. Encourage them to list their top three values and write a short explanation for each.

Exploring Interests & Strengths

Now move to interests and strengths. Clarify that interests are activities or topics that energize them, and strengths are skills or talents they’ve demonstrated. Offer a quick example if needed.

Group Discussion & Reflection

Invite volunteers to share one key insight from their worksheet. Ask probing questions: “Which value surprised you?” or “How could this skill translate to a new field?” Keep discussion focused and positive.

Action Planning & Next Steps
