Students will learn to plan, chunk, and self-monitor non-preferred tasks to build stamina and resilience, enabling them to complete longer or challenging assignments with greater focus.

Building endurance for tasks helps students overcome avoidance of challenging activities, improves academic productivity, and fosters independence by equipping them with executive functioning tools.
