Stand Up, Speak Out Lesson Plan

Students will identify bullying behaviors, understand why bullying occurs, and practice safe, compassionate intervention strategies through discussion and role-play, ending with a personal action commitment.

This lesson builds empathy and equips all 7th graders with concrete, Tier 1 strategies to recognize, speak up against, and reduce bullying, fostering a respectful classroom community.
