Lesson Plan

Stand Up, Speak Out

Students will identify early signs of bullying and practice proactive intervention strategies through discussion, role-play, and personalized pledges to stop bullying before it escalates.

Early intervention reduces harm and builds student agency. Teaching 8th graders to spot subtle bullying and step in fosters empathy, confidence, and a respectful school climate.
