What Is Bullying?

Define bullying clearly with simple age-appropriate examples. “Bullying is when someone repeatedly hurts or scares another person on purpose.”

The Power of Empathy

Explain empathy. Encourage students to imagine how others feel. “When we pause and ask ‘How would I feel?’ we’re using empathy.”

Be a Bystander Hero
