Empower an 8th grade student to understand bullying, practice self-advocacy through role-play, and develop personal coping strategies to handle or prevent bullying situations.

This individual session builds self-awareness and confidence, helping the student break the cycle of bullying by equipping them with knowledge, communication skills, and concrete action steps for a safer, more respectful environment.
