Welcome to 'Stories That Connect: Unveiling Our Whys'

Introduce the session and provide a warm welcome to the participants. Explain why sharing personal 'why's is valuable and how journaling helps in self-reflection.

Session Objectives

Present the session objectives to set clear expectations.

Session Flow

Outline the revised session flow: 15 minutes journaling, 9 minutes for reading all three other entries, and 21 minutes group discussion.

Journaling Your 'Why'

Explain the journaling process. Encourage participants to take the time to reflect deeply on what motivates their work in youth behavioral health.

Reading All Journal Entries

Describe the reading step. Since there are 4 people, each participant receives the other 3 entries to read, spending around 3 minutes per entry.

Group Discussion

Set the stage for the group discussion. Ask participants to share insights, common themes, or surprising revelations from reading one another's journals.

Cool Down Reflection

Conclude the session by summarizing shared insights, thanking the team for their openness, and announcing that a separate reflection attachment will be provided as an exit ticket.
