Introduce the concept of strengths. Encourage students to think about times when they felt proud of themselves or were complimented for something specific. Remind them that everyone's strengths are unique.

What Are Personal Strengths?

Explain what is meant by 'strengths' and provide a few examples from various areas (academic, social, personal qualities). Encourage brainstorming.
