Welcome to Stress-Free Superheroes!

Welcome the students excitedly and explain that today's adventure will help them become Stress-Free Superheroes. Set a positive tone and explain that they will learn superhero techniques to feel calm and strong.

Introduction & Warm-Up

Introduce the session with simple questions about stress and feelings. Use the visual aids to display different emotions (happy, sad, angry, calm) to help the children identify them.

Deep Breathing Activity

Demonstrate the deep breathing activity. Ask children to imagine smelling a flower and blowing out a candle. Remind them to stand like a superhero and breathe slowly. Play soft, calming music in the background.

Movement & Stretch

Guide the children through simple stretching movements. Encourage them to reach up like they are touching the sky and bend slowly. Demonstrate controlled, gentle movements to safely release tension.

Closure & Reflection

Conclude the session by forming a circle. Summarize what was learned and ask each child to share one technique they can use when they feel stressed. Reinforce the idea that they are all stress-free superheroes.
