Understanding Stress

Discuss what stress is, including common triggers especially around end-of-year school pressures. Encourage students to share their observations and feelings about stress.

Stress Management Techniques

Introduce different stress management techniques. Explain each technique briefly. Lead a guided practice using one or two techniques like deep breathing or mindfulness. Use the handout for additional guidance.

Reflection & Wrap-Up

Facilitate a reflective discussion asking students how they felt during the exercises. Summarize the techniques covered and encourage students to continue using these techniques in their daily routine.
