Stress-Less Workshop Plan

Students will learn and practice stress management techniques—deep breathing and time management—to reduce anxiety and build healthy coping habits. By the end, they will identify personal stress triggers and choose at least one strategy to apply.

High schoolers face academic and social pressures that can lead to anxiety and burnout. Equipping them with practical stress-reduction tools fosters mental well-being, resilience, and improved focus for school and life.
