Students will identify at least three healthy coping strategies from a reading and create a personalized plan to manage stress and emotions independently over the summer.

Summer can remove school-based supports; equipping students with self-guided coping tools fosters resilience, emotional well-being, and confidence in managing stress outside the classroom.
