Year-End Morning Rally

Timing: 1 minute Stand at the front, smile, and greet students as they settle. Explain that today is a special rally to celebrate the year and get excited for summer.

Good Morning, 3rd Grade!

Timing: 2 minutes Lead the class in a loud, enthusiastic cheer. Use hand motions: clap, stomp, and cheer “Hip, hip, hooray!”

Shout-Outs & Achievements

Timing: 4 minutes Invite 3–4 volunteers to share one thing they accomplished this year—reading a chapter book, mastering multiplication, making a new friend, etc. Provide encouragement and applause between shares.

Favorite Memories

Timing: 4 minutes Ask students to think quietly for 30 seconds, then pair up with a neighbor to share. After a minute, call on a few pairs to share with the whole class.

Timing: 2 minutes Play the video. Encourage students to clap or sway along. After it ends, ask: “How did that make you feel?”

Summer Countdown

Timing: 2 minutes Invite students to stand and stretch. Remind them of the first day of next week (if applicable) or any final reminders. Send them off with energy!

Timing: 4 minutes Advance to this slide and invite 3–4 volunteers to share one thing they accomplished this year (reading goals met, new friends made, math skills mastered, class projects completed). After each share, celebrate with enthusiastic applause and positive feedback.

Favorite Memories

Timing: 4 minutes Ask students to think silently for 30 seconds about their favorite memory of the year. Then have them turn to a partner to share for 1 minute. After partner time, call on a few pairs to share highlights with the whole class.

Timing: 2 minutes Advance to this slide and play the embedded song video. Invite students to clap or sway along. After the song, ask “How did that make you feel?” and acknowledge their responses.

Summer Countdown

Timing: 2 minutes Invite students to stand up, stretch, and get ready for summer. Lead a fun countdown: “5… 4… 3… 2… 1… Summer Break, Here We Come!” End with high‐energy cheers and wish everyone a wonderful summer.
