Understanding Test Anxiety

Explain what anxiety is using simple terms. Ask the students how they feel before tests. Encourage a brief discussion to make them comfortable sharing their feelings.

Guided Breathing Activity

Guide the students through a simple breathing exercise using the provided Calming Breathing Exercise Guide. Use visual cues and clear instructions: 'inhale calm, exhale worry'.

Reflection & Sharing

Distribute the Managing Test Anxiety Activity Sheet. Ask students to draw or write something that makes them feel calm. Invite a few volunteers to share their creations.
