Define anger. Emphasize it’s normal and even useful when managed well.

Distribute handout. Explain the scale: 1–3 is low, 4–7 moderate, 8–10 high.

Identify Your Triggers

Set timer. Circulate to support students. Invite a few to share.

Healthy Coping Strategies

Briefly explain each category. Emphasize finding what works for them.

Practice & Role-Play
