Students will review their use of deep breathing and grounding, then learn and practice Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) and Positive Self-Talk to expand their coping toolkit.

Building on initial strategies with PMR and self-talk helps students gain control over physical tension and thought patterns, reducing anxiety and boosting self-confidence.
