Introduce the session with a warm welcome. Explain that today's focus is on understanding and controlling anger. Remind students that it's okay to feel angry sometimes, but it's important to learn how to manage it.

What is Anger?

Define anger in simple terms. Use examples relevant to 5th graders. Ask the students if they have ever felt angry, and what it feels like.
