Students will collaborate to design and build a marshmallow tower, practicing communication, role-sharing, and conflict-resolution strategies to strengthen teamwork skills.

Teamwork is critical for academic and life success. This lesson gives 7th graders hands-on practice applying collaboration and conflict-resolution strategies, building empathy, mutual respect, and effective group habits.
