Emotions Through Colors

Introduce the topic of emotions associated with colors. Explain that each color can represent different feelings and that these feelings can change based on what we experience.

Red: Passion & Anger

Discuss the color red. Ask the student which emotions they think might be represented by red, such as passion, energy, or anger. Encourage personal examples.

Blue: Calm & Sad

Discuss the color blue. Include ideas about calmness and sadness, and share a story or example to highlight the contrast.

Yellow: Happiness & Energy

Discuss the color yellow. Invite the student to relate yellow to feelings of happiness and energy. Ask for examples of when they felt bright and cheerful.

Reflect: What Color Are You Feeling?

Prompt the student to reflect on all the colors discussed. Ask what color they feel represents their current emotion, fostering self-expression.
