Introduce the quest theme. Emphasize identifying personal strengths. Ask students to think of one strength they are proud of.

The Quest Outline

Explain the quest steps: warm-up, group activity, discussion, and closure. Remind the students to be open and supportive.

Activity: Strength Round-Robin

Instructions for first activity. Ask students to quickly share one strength. Encourage them to be concise and supportive.

Group Quest Activity

Guide students through the small group activity. Highlight that each group needs to combine individual strengths into a collective list.

Reflective Discussion

Open up reflective discussion. Ask the preset questions and encourage a safe sharing environment.

Closure & Reflection

Wrap-up slide to remind students of the quest outcome. Encourage writing a reflection or goal on how to further build on their strengths.
