Kindness Quest Plan

Students will embark on a 45-minute Kindness Quest to practice and recognize acts of kindness through interactive games and reflection, aiming to boost empathy, cooperation, and positive social skills.

This Tier 2 small-group lesson strengthens students’ social-emotional skills by encouraging empathy and community building, reducing behavioral challenges through structured, supportive activities.

Welcome the students and set the tone for the adventure. Point out the bright colors and fun map as you introduce the mission: to spread kindness throughout the classroom and school. Use an enthusiastic voice and encourage excitement.

Kindness Bingo

High-Five Hunt

Show the checklist visual and pass out the [High-Five Hunt Checklist](#high-five-hunt-checklist). Demonstrate giving a high-five and saying a compliment.

Community Kindness Map

Bring the group back together and display this blank map on a poster or board. Invite students to place stickers or draw where kindness happened.

Quest Reflection

Hand out the [Quest Reflection Worksheet](#quest-reflection-worksheet). Encourage quiet focus and creativity. Circulate to support students in writing or drawing.
