Introduce the topic and set an engaging tone. Explain that today we are learning about how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, sometimes called the 'Magic Triangle of Thoughts'.

What is the Cognitive Triangle?

Explain the concept of the cognitive triangle in simple language. Use illustrations if available from the Magic Triangle Visual Aid. Ask prompting questions such as 'What is a thought?', 'How do you feel when you think happy thoughts?', etc.

Understanding Our Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviors

Display the Magic Triangle Visual Aid. Walk through each part: thought, feeling, and behavior. Ask the student to give examples.

Show the video to reinforce the idea of managing emotions and see how the cognitive triangle applies in real situations. Pause briefly after the video to discuss key points.
