Guide the student to identify at least three personal strengths or accomplishments and to practice positive self-talk, with minimal prompts, to build enhanced self-perception and motivation.

This lesson helps the student recognize and leverage their inherent strengths, boosting self-confidence and encouraging a mindset shift towards more positive internal dialogue.
