Introduce the lesson by engaging the students with a question: 'What do words mean to you?' and discuss how words can make people feel happy or sad. Use this time to set the stage for understanding the impact of language.

Word Impact Activity

Guide the students through the Word Impact Activity. Distribute the worksheet and instruct them to circle or highlight positive words. Encourage them to share why they think those words are powerful.

Reflection & Closing

Bring the lesson to a close by encouraging reflection. Ask guiding questions like 'How can we use our words to help others?' and have a brief group discussion to summarize the lesson.
