Slide Deck

Welcome to Your Adventure!

Greet the student and explain that today they’ll go on a fun adventure making choices that shape their journey. Introduce the map and journal. Read the slide aloud to set the scene.

Decision Point 1: The Fork in the Road

Read the scenario about the fork in the road. Ask the student to choose Path A or Path B, then mark their choice on My Adventure Map. Prompt them: “Why did you pick that? What might happen next?”

Decision Point 2: A Lost Puppy

Read the puppy scenario. Ask the student to choose Path A or Path B, then mark their choice on the map. Prompt them to consider how helping or moving on feels.

Decision Point 3: The Mysterious Door

Introduce the mysterious door. Ask the student to choose Path A or B and mark it on their map. Encourage discussion: “What might be behind the door? How do you feel about exploring?”

Reflection Time

Tell the student it’s time to reflect. Guide them to open their Reflective Choice Journal and draw or write about one choice: what happened, how they felt, and what they learned.

Congratulations!

Congratulate the student on completing the adventure. Reinforce key points about making responsible decisions, thinking about outcomes, and caring for others.
