Unmasking Insecurities

Introduce the lesson with enthusiasm. Explain that today's session is about understanding and managing insecurities in a safe, supportive environment. Welcome students and remind them that sharing is voluntary.

Understanding Insecurities

Explain what insecurities are. Ask students to consider moments when they felt insecure and validate those feelings. Emphasize that insecurities are common and can be overcome.

Reflect & Share

Prompt the students with reflection questions. Remind them of the safe space rules and encourage honesty without self-judgment.

Managing Insecurities

Introduce practical strategies to manage insecurities. Explain each strategy briefly with examples. Solicit input from students on additional strategies they might have used.

Conclude the session by reinforcing that overcoming insecurities is a process and that help is available whenever needed. Remind students that this is a judgment-free space and that their feelings matter.
