Vape Trap Breakers Plan

Students will analyze the health and social risks of vaping, identify personal triggers, and collaboratively develop personalized strategies to reduce and ultimately quit vaping in a structured 45-minute group session.

Habitual vaping poses serious health and social consequences and often relies on triggers and peer influences. This Tier 2 intervention equips students with self-awareness, peer support, and concrete plans to initiate lasting behavior change.
