Empathy Explorers Lesson Plan

Students will explore empathy by recognizing emotions in themselves and others, practicing perspective-taking through interactive card activities, and articulating compassionate responses.

Empathy fosters positive peer relationships, enhances social awareness, and creates a supportive classroom community by teaching students to understand and respond to others’ feelings.
