Slide Deck

Welcome Aboard!

Introduce the purpose of today’s session. Explain that we are welcoming a new friend and making sure everyone feels awesome in class.

Meet Our New Friend!

Use this slide to introduce the new student. Share one fun fact about them if available, and invite the class to share a fun fact about themselves.

Icebreaker Time

Guide the students through the icebreaker. Ask each student to say something kind about the new student, and then have the new student ask a couple of questions to get to know them better.

Let's Reflect

Encourage a reflective discussion. Ask students how they felt during the icebreaker activity and reinforce the values of kindness and respect.

Thank You!

Close the session by thanking everyone for their participation and reminding them of the importance of making every classmate feel welcome.
