Present a slide with visuals of various colors, each linked to an emotion. Encourage students to shout out the feelings each color might represent. This slide serves as the prompt for discussion.

Mixing Emotions

Explain that everyone can feel a mix of emotions at any time. Encourage students to think about their own feelings and to use colors to express them. Transition into art activity.
