Welcome students and introduce the session. Emphasize that everyone has unique qualities that ‘make us tick.’ Encourage enthusiasm.

Today’s Objectives

Read the objectives aloud. Check for understanding by asking one student to restate an objective.

Key Terms

Define key terms. Pause after each definition and invite a quick example from a volunteer.

Group Brainstorm

Explain the brainstorm process. Assign students to share one idea each, and record on chart paper under the three headings.

Worksheet Reflection

Demonstrate how to fill out the worksheet. Show an example: Strength = “listening,” Preference = “reading,” Emotion = “peaceful.”

Gallery Share & Closure

Guide the gallery walk. Remind students to leave only positive comments. Wrap up by inviting shares.
