What Makes You Unbreakable?

Introduce the lesson with energy. Emphasize that today we’ll explore what makes each of them unbreakable. Ask students to think about times they overcame challenges.

Understanding Resilience

Discuss the definition of resilience by asking students what they believe it means. Share examples of resilience in everyday situations.

Discover Your Strengths

Prompt the students to think about their individual strengths. Encourage them to share if they feel comfortable.

Reflect on Your Resilience

Introduce the journaling exercise. Remind students that their reflections can be personal and that they are encouraged to share only if comfortable.

Closing Discussion & Recap

Wrap up the lesson with a recap. Invite volunteers to share what they learned and reinforce the idea that every student possesses unique resilience.
