Lesson Plan

Trigger Discovery Plan

Students will recognize and name at least three personal triggers, develop two coping strategies for each, and share one example in a supportive small-group setting.

By understanding and articulating their own triggers and coping tools, students build self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, reduce conflicts, and strengthen peer support.
