Slide Deck

What’s Your Superpower Career?

Welcome students! Introduce the session: we’ll explore what you’re naturally good at—your superpowers—and see how they connect to future careers. Explain that by the end, they’ll have a clearer view of their strengths and possible career paths.

Strengths vs. Skills

Explain the difference between strengths and skills. Invite students to give examples of each. Use the examples on the slide to illustrate how a strength can translate into a career.

Strengths Treasure Hunt Activity

Hand out the Strengths Treasure Hunt worksheet now. Explain each step and set a 15-minute timer. Circulate to support and encourage partnership for feedback.

One-Word Reflection

Ask students to think silently for 30 seconds, then go around the room and have each share their one word. Listen for common themes and reinforce how even one word can capture meaningful insight.
