Use this slide to introduce the lesson. Welcome students to ‘What’s Your Superpower Career?’ Ask them to think of times when they felt proud of something they did.

Define ‘superpowers’ as strengths that make you excel. Ask for 2–3 volunteers to share one strength they have.

Briefly walk through each activity and the time allotted.

Give students 2 minutes to share with their partner. Then invite 2–3 volunteers to share with the class.

Allow 7 minutes for students to list their strengths. Circulate to prompt deeper thinking.

Distribute the [Strengths Treasure Hunt Activity](#strengths-treasure-hunt-activity). Give students 10 minutes. After, ask 2–3 pairs to share interesting matches.

Hand out the [Career Strengths Snapshot Quiz](#career-strengths-snapshot-quiz). Allow 10 minutes for completion. Prepare to display example careers next.

Project this slide and invite students to compare these examples to their quiz results. Ask for observations.

Allocate 8 minutes. Circulate and ask guiding questions such as ‘How would this strength show up at work?’

Distribute the [One-Word Reflection Cool-Down](#one-word-reflection-cooldown). Allow 5 minutes and invite brief sharing.

Thank students for their participation. Remind them to reflect on and use their superpowers beyond today’s lesson.
