What Would You Do? Decision Dilemmas

Welcome everyone! Today we’re going to explore real-life decision dilemmas. We’ll read scenarios, think about our options, predict consequences, and decide what the most responsible choice would be.

Guiding Questions

Point students to these four guiding questions. Encourage them to jot down quick notes or mental answers before sharing.

Scenario 1: The Lost Wallet

Read the scenario aloud. Give students 30–45 seconds to think, then ask 2–3 volunteers to share what they would do and why.

Scenario 2: The Group Project

After initial responses, ask: “What are the pros and cons of each choice? How might your classmate feel?”

Scenario 3: Playground Conflict

Prompt students to consider fairness and teamwork. Ask: “How could you address the problem responsibly?”

Scenario 4: Unfinished Homework

Encourage students to think about empathy and rules. Ask: “What are possible reactions? Which is most respectful?”

Group Discussion

Explain that they will now work in small groups using our scenario cards. Remind them to use the guiding questions and be ready to role-play one choice.
