Winter Wellness Journals

Encourage winter well-being

This lesson introduces students to the concept of maintaining well-being during the winter months through journaling. Students will be given a prompt to jot down or draw their thoughts, which can become a comforting, ongoing practice. This activity helps students reflect on their emotions and develop a habit of self-care. Additionally, the lesson will touch on Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) to raise awareness and understanding.
