Find Your Calm

Display a visual of a calming environment. Mention to the students that a relaxed mind leads to a happy body.

Deep Breathing Technique

Introduce the first technique focusing on deep breathing. Explain the steps in a calm voice and encourage the students to mimic the gesture.

Relaxing Pose: Child's Pose

Slide with images or diagrams showing a sample pose such as 'Child’s Pose'. Emphasize staying in the pose and focusing on relaxation.
