In this three-session mini-series, students will identify and prioritize their top 5 worries, learning focus and coping techniques. Over 3 sessions (15 minutes each), they will brainstorm concerns, refine their list, and practice square breathing to manage stress. Ideal for whole-class implementation using a whiteboard and simple worksheets.

In this 30-minute Tier 1 classroom management lesson, 5th graders collaboratively create classroom rules, routines, and expectations to foster a positive learning environment. Students brainstorm, discuss, and commit to a shared management plan that promotes respect and responsibility.
