One-on-One Coaching Plan

In this 30-minute one-on-one coaching session, the student will reflect on recent behavior, identify triggers and patterns, set a specific behavior goal using a goal ladder, and learn to monitor progress through a structured tracker.

This lesson empowers Tier 3 students to build self-awareness, understand behavior influences, and develop clear, measurable goals with ongoing progress monitoring, fostering positive behavior change and academic success.
