Welcome everyone! Briefly introduce yourself and the session. Explain that today’s focus is on building stronger relationships through key skills. Encourage students to participate and have fun.

Set up the circle and explain the talking object. Model sharing a word or moment. Reinforce listening behaviors.

Distribute the handout. Review each skill definition. Ask volunteers to paraphrase in their own words.

Explain pairing process and circulate to monitor. Highlight strong paraphrasing or questions you hear.

Empathy Reflection
