Rollercoaster Map

Students will identify their emotional ‘peaks’ and ‘valleys’ throughout the day, map them on a rollercoaster diagram, and select effective self-management strategies for each point.

By visually tracking emotions and linking coping tools to specific emotional highs and lows, students build self-awareness and practice real-time regulation skills to foster resilience.
