Lesson Plan

Gratitude Garland

Foster gratitude and cooperation

In this lesson, kindergarten and first-grade students will create a 'gratitude garland' by drawing pictures of things they are thankful for and connecting them into a chain. This activity helps students express gratitude visually and encourages cooperation as they work together to create a classroom decoration. It is important for young students to learn about gratitude as it can enhance their social-emotional development and foster a positive classroom environment.
