Daily Habits Audit

Distribute the Habit Tracking Challenge sheet. Guide students step by step.

Group Discussion

Invite volunteers. Record answers on the board under each category. Encourage supportive language.

Wellness Reflection

Hand out the reflection journals and guides. Explain “I can…” statements.

Set Your SMART Goal
