Inside Out Zone Setup

Students will learn to identify and name their emotions, rate their intensity on an emotion thermometer, and practice a self-regulation strategy in the Inside Out Zone calm-down corner.

Building self-awareness and regulation skills helps students manage feelings, reduce classroom disruptions, and develop healthy coping strategies for lifelong emotional well-being.
