Welcome to Self-Reflection

Introduce the themes of self awareness and self perception. Encourage students to think about how they view themselves and the ways in which this perception might differ from how others might see them.

What is Self-Reflection?

Present visual examples (such as images of mirrors or abstract representations of self-reflection). Ask students guiding questions: What does self-reflection mean to you? How do you view yourself?

Reflecting on Self-Image vs. Reality

Display a slide with reflective questions that prompt students to think about their self-image versus reality. Encourage brief group discussion after reading these questions.

Time for Journaling

Introduce the journaling activity with Mirror Journal Prompts. Explain that students will write their thoughts during this phase, and remind them that their reflections are personal and confidential.

Wrap-Up and Sharing

Conclude the session by inviting students to voluntarily share their insights and summarizing the purpose behind self-reflection. Reinforce the importance of continuous self-exploration.
